I reviewed Natalie C. Anderson's first book City of Saints and Thieves here, and I really liked it even though it isn't Own Voices. I'm really looking froward to reading her second novel.
This book does sound like it is going to be an intense read! I haven't read any of the author's other books before, but it seems like she tackles some interesting and tough themes. I will have to look for this one. Thanks for sharing it. :)
